A SIMPLE INCOME EXAMPLE
What could happen if you enrolled just 2 businesses per week?
This example assumes you work 42 weeks during the year, allowing 10 weeks for vacations, holidays, training, or weeks with no sales.

Example annual production:
- 45 businesses — $127/month plan
- 29 businesses — $197/month plan
- 10 businesses — $397/month plan

💰 WHAT COULD 84 BUSINESS SALES PRODUCE?
Each business enrollment can create two types of income for the Sales Ambassador:
1. Upfront Income
Earn 35% commission on the $200 business enrollment/onboarding fee.
Using the example above enroll 84 businesses x $200 = $16,800 x .35% = $5,880
2. Monthly Residual Income
Earn 35% monthly commission on the business’s active AUA SaaS membership.
First months commission enrolling 84 businesses using the example above =$8,969.40
3. PLUS — BUILDING MONTHLY RESIDUAL INCOME
As you enroll businesses throughout the year, your monthly residual income can continue to grow with each active account.
Using the example above at the end of the first year 84 businesses enrolled total monthly revenue $15,398 x .35% = $5,389.30 monthly income
4. PLUS — WEBSITE SALES COMMISSIONS
As you work with businesses, some will need a new website, landing page, or funnel.
Website packages start at $1,000.
Sales Ambassadors earn 25% commission on website sales they generate.
Example:
If just 10 of your 84 businesses purchase a $1,000 website:
10 Websites × $1,000 = $10,000 in Website Sales
25% Commission = $2,500 Additional Income
Larger website projects can generate additional commission.
5. Team-Building Income — 10% first level and 5% second level.
👥 TEAM-BUILDING INCOME
You can also earn additional income by helping other qualified Sales Ambassadors get started.
Earn 10% on the monthly AUA SaaS commissions generated by Sales Ambassadors you personally recruit.
Earn 5% on the monthly AUA SaaS commissions generated by Sales Ambassadors they recruit.
SIMPLE EXAMPLE
During your first year, you personally recruit 4 Sales Ambassadors.
Each of those 4 Ambassadors recruits 2 additional Ambassadors.
Your Team:
Level 1 — 4 Sales Ambassadors
You earn a 10% override on their qualifying monthly SaaS sales.
Level 2 — 8 Sales Ambassadors
You earn a 5% override on their qualifying monthly SaaS sales.
That gives you a team of 12 Sales Ambassadors — in addition to your own personal business.
As your team builds its own book of active business memberships, your potential monthly override income can build as well.
6. PRODUCTION BONUS — SHARE IN AFFILIATE INCOME
As your personal production grows, you can qualify to participate in the AUA Affiliate Income Pool.
AUA earns income when members purchase products and services through participating affiliate partners featured in our Best Deals program.
A portion of qualifying affiliate income is set aside to reward productive Sales Ambassadors.
Manager — 50 Personal Business Sales
Qualifies to participate in the Manager Affiliate Income Pool.
Director — 100 Personal Business Sales
Qualifies for an increased share of the Affiliate Income Pool.
Senior Director — 150+ Personal Business Sales
Qualifies for the highest level of participation in the Affiliate Income Pool.

AUA Sales Ambassadors may have the opportunity to become an Independent LegalShield Associate and offer LegalShield and IDShield products to the businesses and individuals they already meet.
This creates another potential income stream alongside your AUA business.
Opportunities can include:
- Offer LegalShield Business Plans to business owners.
- Offer LegalShield Personal Plans to individuals and families.
- Offer IDShield Identity Protection.
- Introduce LegalShield and IDShield as voluntary employee benefits to qualifying businesses.
- Build your own LegalShield customer base and earn commissions directly through LegalShield.
KEEP YOUR LEGALSHIELD COMMISSIONS
When properly enrolled and qualified as a LegalShield Independent Associate, commissions on your LegalShield and IDShield sales are paid through the LegalShield compensation program.
